Dispatch orders
Create an order, offer it to a free driver, and know within minutes whether they accepted.
Atmus is the smart management system for trucking companies. Dispatch orders, follow every truck live on the map, and cost and approve each trip — without the phone calls and spreadsheets.
One system. From the moment an order comes in to the moment it is archived, your office and your drivers work from the same record.
Create an order, offer it to a free driver, and know within minutes whether they accepted.
See every truck on a live map with its plate, speed and last known position.
Driver expenses fill in from your expense sheet by drop-off place and truck class.
A second admin confirms the weight and expenses before an order moves on.
Only drivers without a current order are offered. The one you pick gets the request at once and has a set window to accept or decline.
Plates stay visible on the map, so you can tell at a glance who is where, how fast they are moving and when they last reported.
Pick the drop-off place and Atmus fills in diesel and personal expenses for that truck class. Adjust by hand when a trip is different.
Once the driver marks an order loaded, an Admin 2 confirms the weight and driver expenses — or corrects them — and approves.
Drivers accept orders, navigate with one tap, and add photos of the load and delivery from their phone.
Type a question in Arabic or English — about drivers, trucks, trips or costs — and Atmus answers from your orders, GPS and expense records, with the numbers behind the answer.
Ask Atmus is in development. Join early access and we will let you know when it is ready.
